HakEngine is an AI-powered penetration testing assistant platform designed for authorized security professionals. The Service automates reconnaissance, vulnerability scanning, and exploitation workflows to assist in authorized security assessments.

HakEngine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for the actions you take using the Service and for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.

8. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time. Usage beyond your plan limits is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, particularly regarding unauthorized testing activities. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
